Once I got off work, I decided it was time to do some cleaning...
Then, I peeked in my closet and noticed it could use a little sprucing up. So I turned off the TV, turned on some music, and tackled my closet...
I got a little hot, so I needed some cooling down mid way through...
It looks so much better. I am very pleased with my ability to get the job done. I only like to clean when I don't feel forced to have to do it. I have to be in a mood.
After my successful cleaning and organizing...I relaxed with a glass (err...bottle) of wine and caught up on Mad Men.
Saturday...the plan was to have Lauren and Campbell pick me up and do some shopping. There was a huge children's consignment sale in Greenville and we got there bright and early to make sure we got top picks on some clothes for Miss Priss. We snagged some cute items (sorry no pics) and then made our way for a little lunch before heading off to other shopping adventures.
Next, we headed to Babies R' Us. Campbell is going to be a big sister next Spring and we wanted to get some "inspiration" for Baby #2's room. And since Campbell will be 2 in October she'll need new stuff for her big girl room. I'm pretty sure I'm the only single person that enjoys going to Babies R Us. We spent a good hour in there just browsing.
Campbell did not get this jacket, but it was a nice scare to send to her Daddy.
After Babies R Us...we made our way to Target. That is where I did the majority of my damage on my debit card.
And we ended the afternoon with a trip to Party City to get more inspiration for Campbell's 2nd Birthday party. We've got some ideas flowing.
That night, I made my way to Miss Mandy's abode and we got some din and then movie rentals. Sadly, I only made it through the first flick (Whip It!). I've seen it before, but I like it because the tunes are awesome and I have a slight girl crush on Ellen Page. Don't ask me why...I have no idea. I guess she had me at Juno.Hope everyone had a fun weekend!
loves,
sweetbef

That little girl's sunglasses are the best!
And I could use a Chick Fil A break myself - like now.
