Designer Duds for Less

About a year ago, a co-worker introduced me to RueLaLa, I have bought two pairs of $298 jeans for $99. Well worth it! They now have the new feature of money back, instead of "store" credit only which is great. I never had any complaints...the order is shipped in a timely manner and both of my purchases fit just fine.

The only thing is you have to be quick when ordering...even if you put an item in your "shopping cart"...it can be sold to another customer. You have to know what you want and purchase it then.

They open new "boutiques" every day at 11AM Eastern time. Designers ranging from Lilly Pulitzer, Marc Jacobs, DVF, Dolce & Gabana, William Rast, Citizens of Humanity to luxury hotel stays and bedroom and housewares on the cheap.

And once you become a member (for free I might add), you can send out emails to your friends, colleagues, and family members and once they sign up and make a purchase you get a $10 credit. I was able to get $20 credit and use it on a pair of William Rast jeans which made my total of what would usually be $298 down to $78. What...a steal! :)



Also, there is a fairly new site that is similar to Rue La La called, Ideeli. I have never purchased anything from the site, so I can't give an accurate assesment, but the labels they carry are high end as well. Sometimes, they have a lower price point than Rue La La. The only thing I can say is their shipping dates are later than Rue La La. Most of the stuff they have listed, it says it won't ship until about 2-3 weeks after purchase. I'm not sure if that is just for liability purposes, but it's the only thing I could see as a "con" since having not purchased. They also have a similar customer referral pay program as Rue La La, but with Ideeli you get $25 instead of $10.
